| This
scholarship is intended to help a graduating senior with expenses
related to furthering his/her education. |
| Who
qualifies for a Scholarship? |
-
Any
graduating senior planning to further his/her education
-
With a
grade point average of 85% or higher
-
Who
has, as a student, made contributions to the betterment of
Gates-Chili
-
Has participated in school and community activities
-
Has complied with the procedure outlined on the scholarship
application (available through the school's guidance office)
-
Plans
to become an active alumni and promote the goals and
activities of the Gates Chili Alumni Association
The Advisory
Board of the Gates Chili Alumni Association will review applicants
and make the final decision.

may I donate to the Scholarship Fund in Memory or Tribute to a

include the following information with your check:

The
name of the person you wish to honor (include class year and
maiden name, if applicable)

Your
name and address (a receipt indicating the amount will be sent
to you for a possible tax deduction)

Name
and address of honoree's family; should you wish an
acknowledgement of your donation be sent (No dollar amount will
be mentioned)
Unless
you prefer not to, your tribute will be posted on the on
the Gates Chili Alumni Tribute page.
