Greetings Classmates!

Plans are being finalized for our 25 year celebration on Friday November 26th and Saturday November 27th! Friday’s festivity will begin at 7:00 pm at Bru on State Street in the High Falls area (formerly Empire Brewery) for an informal gathering. No tickets required, just come on over and enjoy the camaraderie. Saturday Night’s main event will commence at 7:00 pm with registration at The Inn on Broadway. A DJ will begin to play your favorites and light hors d’oeuvres will be passed starting at 7:30 pm. Two drink tickets will be provided to redeem at the bar for beer, wine, or soda and a cash bar will be ready to take your orders for additional beverages throughout the evening. The gala will wrap up around midnight.

The best news is that we were able to keep the ticket price down to only $40 per person! Be sure to include your check, made payable to Jim DeVries, with your responses to our enclosed questionnaire. Don’t forget a ticket for your significant other! Send check and responses to:

Thanks for updating us with your current information and helping to locate our missing classmates. We still have quite a few to find. Please review the attached MIA list to see if you can help us locate any more. Once again, your emails are very helpful in keeping costs down. We promise not to barrage your account with junkmail! If you have not already done so, please send contact information for

yourself and/or MIA’s to Patty Birch Wooton at twooton1@rochester.rr.com. If you would like to obtain a downtown hotel room for that weekend, please specify on the return form. With enough responses, Angie Spahl Coleman will be able to negotiate a preferred hotel rate.

Lastly, it might be fun to email in any digital photos that would be relevant to the Class of ‘79. Due to time restrictions, only digital photos can be accepted at this point. Please email your photos to Patty Wooton at the address listed above.

We will need your responses returned to us on or preferably before November 1st. This will allow us just 3 weeks to finalize all of the preparations! Please honor the same deadline for emailing your digital photos for the slide show.
